Technical Hazard warning lights issue

Hello, i have a problem on hazard warning lights, all the indicators work good.( left and right) but when i clic on the warning boton i don'T see no flash.

Car: uno 2001 from morocco.

Hi, and welcome to FF,
on the FIAT the "flasher relay" is under the dashboard,


so your hazard switch IS just a switch,


try removing the switch wiring , and test it,
reconnect.. see what happens,

Search online for the haynes manual, or buy it, it had diagrams on which relay does what, and where it is located.
