You only need to enter the code when you fit a radio from another car into your car, or you fit your radio into another car. Once the replacement radio is fitted and it's code is entered, the car's Body Computer should store the new code in place of the old one.

OK. New clocks are in and time will tell (dark o'clock) if ok, however, the total miles. 90 odd K is flashing off and on. Any reson for this I may have missed?

Flashing mileage indicates that something has been removed from the car that was there before, or something has been added that wasn't there before. Probably the replacement instrument cluster.

Can be resolved by carying out the Proxy Alignment procedure with either the Fiat Examiner diagnostic equipment, or MultiECUScan software, a laptop and suitable interface and connecting leads.

Good one cheers. Ill leave it just now as its not to annoying. If the clocks last more than a month ill look into it more and get the millage correction done. Looks like my car did over 46k today :D
