Anyone got a Stilo manual on PDF? I cant get the one in the download section to work. Ill try and burn another but not holding out hope. Either that a tutorial on how to take the dash apart would do.

Cheers(y)

There never was a Haynes, or any printed manual for the Stilo. Only option is the eLEARN manual.

How are you downloading and burning the disc for the one in the downloads section?
.

Unpacked then transferred to disk. Just about to try burning iso straight on as is.

You need to download all 6 parts into the same folder, then point WinRar at part 1. That will unzip all 6 parts into the .iso image. You don't transfer the files or image to disc. You need to burn a disc from the image.

Once you've burnt the disc, you should have the folders and files on it as shown below. Autorun should instal the eLEARN interface and create an eLearn icon on the desktop. Use the icon to start the program. The disc needs to be in your drive whenever you use the program.

All of that Davren. I get the no disk error. Just used my last disk but it was an -RW wonder if a simple R would be better. It does run on Windows 7 64 bit does it?

I run it on Win7 32bit, not sure about 64bit. All it says in the instructions is that it needs Internet Explorer 5.5 or later.
.

OK. Cheers. Was just trying to sus what that word doc was saying :D I think my main computer may be 32. Ill go try that now.

It must not like my disks. Other computer is 32bit but same no disk message. Hmm. Ill sus something. Cant be that hard to strop the clocks out can it?

They're only £3 off e-bay.

Err Hello. Did you see my location. Scottish, I can get six beer oot the shops for three quid. :D

Only joking. I was needing it for Thursday mate to change the clocks but if I cant get this working then I will be spending my beer tokens on ebay thanks.

So how does the clocks come out. My Pug and last Escort was two screws top front of clocks to take out a plastic shroud then the four screws round the clock. Fiddle for block connector and bobs your uncle. Is that about it on the Stilo.

What is the screws? Phillips, Flat head or those star shaped things the French like to use?

Page 3 of this guide shows how to remove the instrument cluster.

Cheers mate much appreciated. The scrap yard I am going to is vast. I like to just go in with the correct tools rather than take the whole heavy box so ill have a good look at my car before I go.

BTW do you know if its just a code in the standard CD players or coded to the car. Going to get one while I am there so expect a code request soon. I may even donate on next pay date :D
