Hello, I'm having trouble finding parts / part numbers for a coolant T-hose coming from the interior heater and the coolant overflow hose connected to that T.

Had to replace an old burst hose today and noticed the junction is leaking and the coolant return/overflow hose connected to it is looong gone and right about to burst, and someone has "fixed" it before by slathering presumably silicone all over it.

All I could find was a very low resolution diagram with no part numbers, the return hose and T-junction I've pointed out with red arrows and the 2nd picture is the botched silicone junction in my car.

Thanks in advance hope I can find the parts before lack of coolant leaves me stranded again :D

Hello,

I've found the same picture in the official FIAT documentation, however it says that it's for models until June 2006:

You entered that your Panda was produced in 2008.

However I'm not 100% sure this diagram is 100% acurate.

A better source for parts is the FIAT spare parts catalogue, ePER. We've got the forum version here. You can find it on the bottom of the forum banner. Search window is top left of the screen. You can browse by models and categories, or search directly with the VIN number. In that case ePER will by default show ONLY the parts that 100% fit your vehicle:

So, I got to ePER, Panda 2008 (Nuova Panda 2003 - 2009), 1,2 8v Climbing 4x4:

then to cooling system, but cannot find the hoses over the engine :(

You have to look for M5 (1,2 gasoline 8v engine) and V13 (Climbing 4x4) options / versions:

Then I had the idea that it might be also in the heating category. And it seems it was a good idea ;) Got to the last diagram to have this:

It seems the part number is 51711355.

However go through ePER on your own with the VIN of your vehicle to be sure it's the correct part before you place an order somewhere.

Seems that the original part looks like that:

And my question is: if there are 3 different hoses, a T-junction and 3 metal clips, why FIAT is selling it as a single part? :D Of course, there might be more than one of these damaged, but most of the times it will be only one of them...

Thank you! I found the eper as well but didn't think of looking in the heating section

Beats me, I guess it's such a simple assembly they just have it replaced entirely in any case.

Thanks again!
