handbrake

i hacked to death my handbrake about 7 weeks ago in order to fit a "universal" handbrake cover, of course the universal one never worked so i was left with an ugly metal square handbrake lever.

the momo one is my only choice i was told.

my car is finally due to be out of the bodyshop this week !!! (3 weeks overdue) so i thought i would treat the old girl to a handbrake.

anyone know any good cheap sites that sell them ? maybe clearance items or something, i also need a gaitor for it.

any help would be much apriciated.

Unfortunately you will find that ALL Momo products are the same price everywhere. Which is why I still have a standard handbrake cover. £45!! Ouch!

i think there is some on ebay always summat on there thats usefull to someone sorry cant help anymore.

DOn't buy the ebay ones, i posted about this matter a month or two back, as they claim to fit, but subsequently don't!

It is a poorly finished chromed sleeve with a circular bore, and not the rectangular one that is needed to fit a bravo!!

I could turn a lot better quality/fitting one in twenty mins at my college workshop on the prehistoric skoda lathes!!

i am just after a momo one, wimmy where online sells them for £45 ?? cheapest i have seen is £65 !!
