TRY LOOSENING OFF THE CABLE AND THEN DRIVING FAST IN REVERSE AND SLAMMIN' THE BRAKES ON THEN ADJUST CABLE AGAIN AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS SOME TIMES WORKS

Man, chill. Someone will answer, it usually takes a few days though. Try giving your local Fiat dealers a call and asking them if it's urgent.

adjuster is usually on the handbrake handle on fiats of this era pull the handle up and you should see an elongated nut adjust with this
