I've got one. Looks mint. The adptor fits around the button to centre it in the end of the handle.
If you're considering the boot too, don't bother.
The clasp on the bravo boot will just stretch perfectly around, to fit the MOMO handle nicely.
Besides, would've spent hours adapting the MOMO one (I took back) to get it to fit near as well.

I couldnt tell you the purpose of the adaptor as it comes with less than no instructions, and isn't needed for fitting any where, if you get one and for some reason you do require the adaptor, I will send you mine [still packaged]

That looks nice, whats the make and model of the gator and knob?
Really looks good. Did the gator fit directly or did you have to modify? Same goes for the knob?

Lol, them seat covers are no more, the gear lever is also Momo available from that websie i posted earlier. They fit straight on no messing around, held by a few allun key bolts.

Oh kay, here's how perfectly the standard boot you already have, will fit around the MOMO handle WITHOUT any adjustament at all (just as MOMO might have intended). By the look of anon's earlier picture (anon' may well have gone for the MOMO boot as well,I duno) and tried / but failed to get as good a fit (sorry but it looks like a bit of a sloppy fore's'
)
As for the adaptor, it allows a perfect fit over the end, around the button (so if I were you I'd gladly accept the free offer some kind sole made earlier)

In summary, just buy the handle.
Use your existing gaitor, boot, leather dust cover or whatever you want to call it.
