Reverse doesn't work. Do you mean it crashes when you try to engage it? if so can you engage it with the engine not running? At a guess I'd say the clutch is dragging especially as you say the forward gears - which have synchro to help them select - are hard to engage. First off I'd give it a good bleed through. If that doesn't work it's probably the slave cylinder seals which means a new cylinder as the seals aren't available as a repair kit. Worth bearing in mind that the master cylinders aren't renowned for being long lived either and many on the forum here recommend changing slave and master cylinder at the same time. I'm assuming that when you had the gearbox out to get at the release bearing you have put it all back together as it should be.

Its not crushing .all other gears are work but 5 and reverse they are not ,even if i turn engine off ,secondly the gear lever sometimes become stiffer i buy gear oil still not charnging

If they removed the Gearbox to change the Clutch release Bearing..

Yes they probably unclipped the Gearchange cables..
You can reach those easily to see if they are still secure :)
I'm with you Charlie. Most probably something to do with the cables especially as they will have had them off to get at the release bearing. I think it's a wee bit strange though to just do the bearing and not put a new clutch in it while you've got the box out? Maybe the clutch was very recently done though?
