TBH I used hammerite on the carriers and its still on to this day too! (y)

My dad painted his calipers red (Brembos all round ) along with his axle and its retained its colour nicely. He does much heavier work than my van too (y)

so the same stuff :p
might paint the rocker cover too and look for a induction kit for it :slayer:

Its kinda funny.

Sat eating my lunch in a car park earlier, nice car by the side of me with painted calipers, custom paint job, all the mod cons, lifted up the bonnet, engine like it was steam cleaned, colourful pipes, colour coordinated etc etc... started the engine, black and blue smoke, belts squealing, brakes grinding, big ends knocking, half his lights not working...

Wonder when he last changed his oil :/

We've used the yellow paint on our ford fiesta, it's a flexable paint that can take the higher temps on the braking parts. The paint lasts okay. but you'd need to wash the brake drums etc when you wash your car, to remove the brake dust otherwise the paint looses it's colour ~ from 6 months on wards. (or there about)

i see kids with cars like this
it will be a reasonable day but they get out of their cars shivering
you know straight away that everything they have had done was by someone else
dont see the point myself
