It would need strengthening on the sills, rear, everywhere really before you could even get an MOT/insurance - an insurance co would probably want an engineer's report before giving cover.
TBH, if you were to be serious about converting a car to a pick up, it would need careful planning BEFORE you introduce the car to Mr. A. Grinder
