Technical guys help me plz i'm in trouble

the other day i was trying to reconnect my cd player in my punto 188 1.2 8v
and while i was trying the wires i made some error somewhere ,
and then the dashboard is locked it turns on but flashing lights in the temp speed and the steering error is on .
first it won't start but after several tries it did start ..
when i went to diagnose it , the technical told me its a nod error ,,
anyone are familiar with the situation , what should i do my dear fiat geeks ,!

pull the junk out you fitted
nod error means nodule which means your confusing something its usually to do with the vss as its linked to turning the volume up as you drive faster etc

Somethings shorting out and sending confusing messages?

Were you fitting an aftermarket radio in? If so it needs to be done correctly to prevent error

i did removed all the radio wires still dash jammed

pls notice that when i diagnose the car it read errors in radio and dashboard

did you try to disconnect battery?

As the pm
Uve done some of the steps i told u
Ensure no other fuses have burnt out due to pulling 12v down the serial bus lines (can bus lines)
