With a reducer yes as dave said they have a different bore.

Yep done that, revs a little more freely at the top end, not quite as solid in the mid range, sounds nice. I even have a decat here so you connect to the downpipe and straight through. PM me if you want it or its for the dump for all my spare bits at Easter.
