Mainly physical stuff for me on a chemical plant, lots of running around like a blue arsed fly. We are also fully trained in 'percussive maintenance', which really takes it out of you.
Never know Pete, one day I might be working at your chem plant ;)

Pete, whats "percussive maintainance"?

The only percussive fixing (cant spell that maint...word) I know of involves using a hammer on affected part :D

As I go for work, Im a loafer part time (phone operator, I sit on my arse all day and get paid relatively speaking, good money to do so). Im also a full time loafer, and divide my time equally between the pub, here and thinking about surreal stuff in lectures

I suppose others might class me as a grafter now because I'm a plumber, but my previous job was much harder work, IT management covering the South West, lots of miles, lots of hours, etc.
