i recently bought a full gmax kit with matched springs and dampers but found that the front springs will not sit neatly inside the top cup plates......
no special top cups came in the box so i assume these are supposed to be used with the old fiat cups. (not to be confused with the top strut mountings in the wings).
anyone else had this problem or should i have matching cups?
ive emailed the seller for assistance but this is day 3 and no reply yet so i suspect they are only going to listen if i get all old fashioned and pick up the god damned phone on them.......
thinking of saying just come and collect them and refund me......its like the very last coil at the top needs to be wound tighter by about 5mm in order for the coil to seat properly in the cup plates. if it doesnt then i fear for incorrect geometry and/or rattling springs.
