has anyone else had any experience of using this dealership?
as i have now been waiting 4 weeks for a new wing mirror that a nice lady decided to smash off my car and they say they will call me when it comes in.
i phones them 2 weeks ago and they said that it needed to be sent off to be painted as it came in just primed, is it me or does it not take 2 weeks to paint a mirror cap!!!!!!

dont matter if its a cap or a whole car it would still need to go into the job queue. body shops are very busy lately with all the crashes that happened in the snow an ice

i use glyn hopkins for all my servicing and to be fair they are a pretty decent outfit (if a bit expensive).

agree with above, with the recent poor weather there is a large backlog of jobs so be patient!!
