Currently experiencing shocking service from Bishops in Guildford after I bought a sub standard (but new) Panda there last September. I would strongly recommend people avoid their service department at all cost.
They are incompetent, rude, ignorant and undeserving of their jobs.
It will be interesting to see if Fiat HQ have any idea as to what constitutes customer service - as sadly thing have headed there!!!
Its a shame. We used to deal with Mill Lane in Aldershot with our previous Panda (a good car). That dealership is now closed, but they could teach this lot a thing or two.
