Technical Glow Plug problem. Ducato 250 / 150BHP

On initial start up the glow plug symbol flashes for a second and switches OFF so no problem. After the engine reaches operating temperature and the engine has been stopped, starting again, up comes the GLOW PLUG MESSAGE and the symbol flashes for about 30 seconds and turns OFF. No sign of any smoke from exhaust or driving problems. Has anyone else had this problem and what was the cause / fault.

I just wanted another update on the problem before I take it to the garage, if anyone else has had a similar problem.

My guess is one or more of glow plugs has failed , glow plug controller or power to glow plug controller.
If it is still starting fine after such a considerable length of time indicating a fault it is most likely to be single glow plug .
I'm interested in what your garage finds.
