General Glow plug location ?

I’m currently experiencing a very lumpy cold start with white smoke, smoke clears after the engine gets warm but the engine does seem lumpy still. I have a battery light on the dash which sometimes clears.
Also the battery has been replaced recently but the light still seems to appear.

I’ve bought new glow plugs but I’m wondering where these lie and how big of a job it is to replace

If you have a faulty glow plug it should give a warning message on the dash they are pretty easy to change with a good universal joint socket if it’s a 1.3 they are on the front of the engine behind the turbo , they look a swine but only about 10 mins to change
They wouldn’t cause a lumpy idle when warm though , could be an injector starting to wear
Also the charging rate sounds like it needs checking to

Yep typically around 14•5 v although if it’s got stop start you may see over 15
