Technical Glove box handle broken

Hi all , can someone please tell me where I can get a glovebox handle for my punto from ? Looked on ebay etc and dealer and the part is so expensive for what it is . I only want the handle and not the whole glove box ! Cheers

Think eBay is prob your best bet, they aren't that cheap anyway. Unless you can get a second hand glovebox lid?

The back if mine looks different to the ones on Partsworld etc. It's also got a number stamped on it which seems to be different to what's shown elsewhere - 735394616. The first three numbers are badly stamped, so could be something else, as I can't find that number by googling it.

Any ideas?

The back of mine looks completely different to the parts world one. There's a single long prong on mine which connects under a short bar to unlock the glove box. The parts world one has a claw like grip. That said, I lost my spring a while back, so maybe something else snapped off as well back then

3 Phillips screws on the inside of the glovebox, easy as!

Ours did this.
The hole on the left hand side fell apart, resulting in the handle coming off.

I fixed it with a piece of metal and epoxy.
Make a small "L" shaped bracket, drill a hole in it, fix it in to position with epoxy, and a dab of satin black paint.

It's been ok for 18 months.
