A huge thank you to every one who made it to the meet today especially the boys who came all the way up from Cumbria to join us. Thanks as ever to @scoop_987 for helping out with the organisation and also to @Ckem247 for leading the convoy. It really was good to meet you all and hope to see you again at other meets.

Absolutely knackered though. I covered over 400 miles today but the punto just ate up the miles and behaved itself all the way up the road which I'm genuinely pleased about

Speedo reads the same with 175/65/15 and 205/45/17 tyres mine does anyway

I switch from 205/45/17 to 185/65/15 in winter and the speedo definitely under-reads at lower speeds with the smaller wheels. Problem is because I know this I tend to compensate for it and I've no idea if it's the same at 70+ or if it evens out.
I suspect I'm ok as I was overtaken by my boss in the average speed section of the A9 and he travels that road almost every weekend and hasn't admitted to a ticket...yet
Mind you, there was a scamera van on the A90 not long after I'd overtaken him again... Oh well, only 2 weeks to waitCkem247
