Getting a new key !!!!

Hi all

Can someone please let me know the best ( & cheapest ) way of getting a spare key + getting it cut for my Seicento Sporting, X reg, 2000.

Only just purchased car so still waiting for V5 to be returned. Have purchased how too re-code new key of e.bay ( seems straight forward enough !! LOL! ) but they do mention I will require a 4 digit security code. As I don't have this ... where do I get it from? Will it be straight forward then to re-code the new key once I have got it?

code ordered through dealer,costs £12 odd. Need V5 & proof of I.D. when ordering.

It's a signature that appears under all my posts (some say what cars they have or a witty quote etc...I state "Don't PM use the forums" as alot of folk PM others for help...why as were all here to help each another

Anyway back to your question....to get your 4 digit code this is ordered through dealer,costs £12 odd. Need V5 & proof of I.D. when ordering to prove car is yours On this code card will be your 4 digit number.
