Styling German Style Cinq

After seeing this pic i'm planning on modding my cinq with a german feel. guna go all out getting a set of 8x13 Smoors coilovers and smoothing the body. But i dont know wot they have done with the arches on this one Are the rolled out or have they jus cut off the outer lip? i jus cant figure it out cos they look wider than the standard cinq ones?

Been looking into arches for my car found a few that might be ok, i think the best route is going to be fabricted ones, just going to enlarge the orginals.
