General Gearbox problems ???

Hi
Since we bought our gp in feb we've had an oil leak the back door handles difficult to open the drivers door interior handle won't open the door the abs light is on and may need a replacement sensor or bearing.
I don't drive the car as much as I'd like the wife drives it taking the kids to school shopping ect but drove it today and find the gears lever difficult to engage all gears and crunching into reverse
Can the cables be adjusted to aid smooth running or would a gearbox oil change make life easier or something else?
Would appreciate your thoughts

I believe the cables can be adjusted but haven't read any experiences on here so don't know how much difference it makes.

Crunching into reverse is a common Grande trait as most of the boxes don't have a syncro. All t-jets do it for sure. Try selecting 1st then reverse, after a week of practice you should be able to achieve silent engagement.
