I could do with putting some new gear selector cables on my 2011 120MJ 6 speed. I seem to be having troubles actually finding which ones to buy. Is there a way to find the correct part numbers online so i can cross reference against it?

loads of the ones on Ebay are for LHD vans.
From what i can see ePER does not tell me if its for RHD or LHD

Is there about a million different variations or are they all actually the same?

I seem to be having an absolute meltdown with this for some reason :(

Hello

From what I can see from the information tab on the drawings, the earlier variants 2006 - 2011 don’t make mention of lhd or rhd, but post 2011 this can become relevant.

Just in case you hadn’t located the information tabs, they are as per below images

This first image is from the lists for 2006 to 2014 showing that lhd & rhd doesn’t feature - however the 2nd image shows that between 2011 to 2014 the lhd/rhd choice did exist, so no wonder you’ve struggled.

Did you input your chassis number into the search facility on ePER to provide you with specific drawings for your vehicle?

Have you checked there are no labels on your existing cables?

This is the number i get 55228970

on your second black information box at the bottom it says 'drive right' AKA which suggests right hand drive.

i was hoping to get the arts before taking the old cables off.

It does say drive right on my 2nd image, but that is not applicable to the part number you referenced.

If you look on here this vendor has provided a supercessions list at the foot of the page which shows that all 4 available part numbers in the column you have provided are the same component design/fitment.
Supercessions can be components modified to improve or nothing more the a different supplier to the vehicle manufacturer.

It would be worth a call to Coastal with your VIN for reassurance before ordering.

Out of interest, what’s wrong with your old cables?

the bushes in the gearbox side joints are knackered on mine. Currently cabled tied on.

I saw those on costal motorhomes website ( I saw the price too  ) but i didn't think they were the correct ones as it says they are for the JTD engine and mines a multijet. The JTD being 2286cc and the MJ being 2287cc they do look the same, a small green bush then the other has a big rubber with a bush in the centre.
What threw me is it says they are for the 2.2 fitted in all the other stuff.

Then you get listing like this

which suggest they basically fit every van ever made.
