Technical fuse

Hi,

what fuse runs the two front cigar-lighters please?

According to my handbook (2004 roundnose) it's fuse 9, which is one in from the right-hand end of the second row down, 15A.

The rows go:
1st row (listed from left to right, 1-5)
1 RH Main beam - 10A
2 LH Main beam; main beam warning light, dipped beam relay(?) - 10A
3 Rear fog light & fog dash warning light; side lights, sunroof relay - 20A
4 LH Dipped beam - 10A
5 Car interior fan - 30A

2nd row (listed L-R, 6-10):
6 RH No Plate light, LH rear light, cigar lighter unit, sound system light, side lights warning light - 10A
7 LH No plate light, FL side light, RR side light, heat & vent lights - 10A
8 RH dipped beam - 10A
9 Cigar lighter, 'compressor' (air con?) - 15A
10 Windscreen wiper, rear wiper, windscreen washer pump, headlamp washer - 20A

The other rows get very involved, so I won't bother listing those. The column of 4 fuses, slightly offset on the RHS, are spares.

It's not the fuse.

Does anyone know of another reason for both cigar-lighters to fail???

Looking at the fuse listing - does your aircon work (even the light on the dash panel button)? And have you tried fuse no.6?

Although this looks like the same fuse you've tried.
