I'm trying to remove the fuse box from a 2010 bravo so that I can access the BCM however it has a steel cover over it.

Any idea how to remove this, it seems to be almost riveted on.

Turns out these are the bolts where the heads shear off at a certain point, had to drill them out and then the fuse box and BCM were easy to remove.

These are the same holding the fuse box and BCM in on my 2012 Ducato Motorhome. Just used a pair of pliers to grip the round head and although it took a little while, I managed to get them out by unscrewing them.
However, your post really helped as I had no idea what they were.
