Technical Fuse Blowing!

After having picked the Bravo up on Friday from having the gearbox done, I realised that neither the cigarette lighter or sunroof where working. I replaced the fuse, to find that when I plugged the lighter back into the socket, it blew the fuse again. I assume it is shorting somehow but any ideas where? Is this a fault anyone else has had?

Probably the lighter itself, the element has probably become damaged

i had a problem like that with my windows not working and fuse keept on blowing. went to a mechanic and found that he put a higher amp in which solved the problem try it!
