why was it this morning, it was hesistant to move in each gear for about 30 seconds, i saw the engine manage light come on, and it was flashign for about 10 seconds, but it went off

i did a full 10-15 miels on the motorway stright after with no issues

presumign the car was still adjustign to the new work done??
