General fugly bodykit, and technological dead end?

sent with a purchase on ebay, i got these two articles, one for a bodykit:

shocker eh? moondisc hubcabs, tacked on bumper extensions, i mean this isn't a 500!

the other is more of an oddity, i'm hoping someone here speaks italian:

it looks like some sort of 4x4 system, perhaps high pressure hydraulics to run the rear wheels when needed, anyone?

I want them hubcaps, can't see them being easy to find though.

EDIT: Wouldn't mind the AWD conversion either, but I doubt hydraulics are very reliable or efficient.

Bodykits. <sigh> Randomspeedfreak is right. So is SteveNZ though, I'm sure the Robocop look was cool once.

You know, a few weeks back I saw a girl in an RX7 and thought wow, what a looker, so many curves on that body, I mean, even the doors have curved edges.

I did some searches on Trademe for RX7s and NOT A SINGLE ONE had those nice curves (the RX7 Batmobile shape). Every RX7 I found had some stupid bodykit that masked the basic shape so much you couldn't tell whether it was an RX7 or a Nissan 300ZX (or whatever they're called...)

i hear that alex,and i hate bodykits as much as the next man,

but, i do appreciate this one, just because (if you ignore the fact that one was in a diabolically bad film) they look alright and are rare as you like

LOL! Well, at least that's recognisable as the RX7, so it's OK
