Technical fuel to rich

elo again guys..on checking my spark plugs and reading haynes manual,my brava 1.6 16v twin cam is running to rich.is there an easy way to resolve this???

dont just look at the plugs and then assume overfueling is occuring. at least get an emissions check done first to confirm it.

since the fueling is controlled by the ecu you cant adjust the fueling.
however the overfueling could be due to a bad sensor (out of range or no signal), or a lack of ignition (coil pack(s), HT leads or spark plugs require changing). a sensor issue would usually bring on the fuel injection system fault light so i doubt that is the problem.
