Fuel Filter Help

I'm trying to change my fuel filter and dont want to buy a Haynes manual, I can get to it alright but does anyone know how the clips that hold it on at each end work? I've already broken one plastic bit trying to get the old one off...

Can't confirm for certain but many clips on Fiats are not re-useable. You have to break/cut them off and replace with small jubilee clips.

hi, any luck with this yet? did you need to disconnect the fuel pump or de-pressurize the system or anything?
