Help... Sven?? Anybody?? Q. on fuel sender units...!

I have absolutely no idea when it comes to diesels so does anyone know if there's a difference between a 147 HGT fuel sender unit & one for a JTD??

Kee, is your pump shot or is the fuel gauge sender not working ?
The pump can be changed alone, but if the sender is shot, you will need the whole assembly.

The 1.8 and 2.0 have the same assembly, but the JTD has a different one, due to it being diesel and that way has thicker liquid medium to transport.

Thats all i needed to know..! I have loads of parts for sale & someone wanted to know if my spare HGT sender unit would work on a JTD...
