Technical fuel cut-off

Hi folks just bought a lil bdamaged doblo change some parts and now.... when i turn on ignition got message "Fuel cut-off" starter don't work too. switch? searching everywhere.... can't find it :/ and i don't have handbook... so maybe someone can help me cuz i want my doble btwn, Fiat Doblo 2011year.

The cut-off / reset is accessed via a hole in the plastic trim directly below the off-side A-pillar. Feel inside and you should feel a rubber topped reset button. A firm push down should reset it.
