Technical Dashboard turns off while driving

Good evening. I have a 2005 Fiat Doblo, and the dashboard turns off while driving. The engine doesn't stop, it just turns off the dashboard and turns back on. The clock flashes at 0000. Sometimes when I turn off the alarm, there's a noise in the front and when I get in, the clock flashes at 0000. When the dashboard turns off, a key symbol appears. The battery is good and the alternator is charging. What could be the problem?
