Panda 2012+ frustrated

Hi all I'm new to this forum, but I have a very frustrating problem, its been to 4 garages so far that can't work it out, I have the Panda 2014 4x4, when it gets hot it starts to give a knocking/clunking noise and feels like is running over speed humps, seems to be on the passenger side, does it even more so when going at slow speeds especially roundabouts etc prop shaft has been changed as the first garage thought it was that, and to be honest it did need it, then I had front brake and disk, but its still doing it, another garage is saying that it could be a driveshaft, he kept it for 2 weeks and took it to different garages himself, but we are still none the wiser, mine can't be the only Panda that this has happened too, anyone had the same problem? many thanks in advance

I did my front struts and had exactly the same issue after. On very close inspection after paying the dealer to replace the drop links (one was needed- as a poor quality pattern part had been fitted) I found the struts were not quite where they should be in relation to the top bush and the noise was cured by loosening off the bottom clamp bolts and repositioning the strut. (rotating it very slightly. I have had no noises since. There is very little tolerance to these being right or a problem. suggest you loosen these clamp bolts and turn it a few degrees back and forth and very carefully observe nothing can catch the brake hose brackets and backplate etc. I could not believe the noise generated from such a minute misalignment that was difficult to spot by eye. The noise sounded like a crack sound over speed humps almost like a trapped stone causing issues, and I was worried it was dangerous. If your is the same it is possible its due to worn top mount allowing the strut to touch things on compression.

The fix was about 45 minutes to do both sides and does not require things being removed just loosened and turned. Good luck

Thank you I will suggest this tomorrow, mine only does it when it warms up and at slow speeds, you can drive through it but its weird as it feels like your rolling over something x gorgeous frenchie by the way
