Technical Frozen gears

Hi, after the temperatures drop below zero I have problems in the morning - the gears cannot be changed at all (I suppose the gear box is frozen somehow).
Is anyone has a solution for such problem?

Gearbox won't freeze, but the selector cables might...

Bad seals on the cables allows moisture in which is freezing solid and until warm won't release should be fine after a little warmup.
