Front wiper relay for intermittent wipe

Can anyone tell me the location of the relay for intermittent wipers at the front of the car. My model is a Brava 1.4S. There are 2 relays in a black box just at the front of the bulkhead but I don't know what these are.

My problem is the wipers don't always work on intermittent and usually start after about 10 to 15 mins. does anyone know what this may be, I don't think it will be the switch.

On the '01 Bravo the intermittent/park switch sits on top of the wiper motor gearbox and is accessed by removing the right hand side front plastic scuttle. Removing the scuttle itself is a fiddly task-slidein clips hold it near the windscreen and are best pulled loose and refitted to the scuttle before replacing it. The unit on the wiper motor is replaceable.
