Technical Front wiper relay crackling.

Right well when you switch the ignition on there is a relay clicking noise coming from the wipermotor under the cowling. when the car is started the clicking becomes constant. ive took the cowling apart to see what the prob is but im stumped. the wipers still work fine as does intermittent etc..

On the good note i managed to do a single wiper conversion on the marea

Take it out, take it apart, clean the contact wheel and runners under plastic cap, dismantle the motor, sand the comutator, clean the brushes and runners, lube all joints.

Prevent further damage and enjoy years of problem-free wiping.

probably somthing to do with the fact you removed one of the wiper arms!
