Front Tyres wearing badly on inside

After buying a Fiat Ducato 2003 model van I have recently changed the front tyres, looking at the insides of both of them today I can see the metal wadding. It seems the tyres are out off line, is this a tracking problem or something else. Can the tracking be done by myself or is it a garage job. ?? Cheers Guys

Tracking is a garage job really unless you have a set of gauges. Another point is how do you go over speed bumps? If you straddle them it wears the inside edges of your tyres.

That's not "wadding", it is the structure of the tyre. They were close to going bang!

As both were worn on the inside, it is most likely a tracking issue. Any good garage should fix it, but for best results find somewhere that does a full 4-wheel laser alignment.
