Technical Front Suspension Knock

... and ive constantly got a creeking when turning the steering from left to right.

Mine started doing that last night! And its been doing it today as well but randomly and from what I can tell only at slow speeds!

Anyone else getting it? Is it the antiroll bar?

I REALLY don't want to have to put my car back in the garage lol

Edit: I really should have googled before posting lol...look likes it could be an indication that the power steering fluid level is low. I'll have a look tomorrow.

Mine went into FIAT and they greased up and lubricated ALL the suspension/steering components, and so far no more knocking and the creeking has stopped( however it did give me a little creek the first morning after i picked it up). Its been about 1 week know and im happy with it. They also told me my front pads are 80% worn.
There was no play in the drop links/suspension arms/steering rack.
The cold weather had seized up the moving parts.
When i said it only knocked in the rain, they said they had never heard of this before.
I had a look at the N/S/F wing protector and the bit directly under the arch of the wing ( in the middle ) had about a inch play so when i pushed it in and out, i can hear a popping sound... this might be the knocking when wet over bumps???:confused: It hasnt rained heavily when im driving lately so cant answer this. The creeking is gone however.

The power steering system is electric, so there is NO power steering fluid needed.

bravo jtdM150:What is the"N/S/F wing protector and the bit directly under the arch of the wing ( in the middle )"

I had this on both my Bravo TJet's - sounds like you've driven over a plastic bottle. Didn't do it from new, kicked in arond 5k miles. Crap really . . . no fault could be found with either car.

At risk of going off thread..... This plasic shield on my f/n/s doesnt clip in to the wing properly at the mid point. Too cold and wet to try to fix it until springtime. My car was secondhand and I just presumed the wing had been replaced sometime . Im now going to look at every bravo to see if its commonplace.
I have got knocking noise from suspension . I had it checked out retoqued all the bolts but nothing obvious found.

Had the same thing, roll bar was replaced. Fortunately under warranty but as I was told it's a very common fault.

18000 km and the "knock"is still there!!!!Replace front absorbers and don't do it often.

Well fiat said they have lubricated the suspension, the creeking as gone however i do get a knock over bumps, not as bad as before however.

What do you mean ''lubricated the suspension''?What did they lubricate?I think that finally this knock is something that bravos have from the factory and the problem continues when we change these problematic materials with Fiat's .Maybe the solution is to change Fiat's droplinks and anti-roll bar (as i have understand that's the problem) whith aftermarket

I've heard that you should change drop links, anti roll bar and bushes, FIAT replacement only works for a short time so aftermarket may be the was to go.

What's the best brand for these products and what is the cost involved?

Concern : BRAKES MAY FAIL
Description : Due to the possibility of a fault in the production process, the flexible rubber brake hoses may not have been correctly vulcanised. As a consequence, may partially or totally restrict the internal flow of the brake hydraulic fluid. Should this happen, a reduction in efficiency during braking would occur.
Remedial Action : Recalled vehicles will have the hoses checked to identify if they are within the affected batch. If this is the case, they will be replaced with quality assured items.
