3 out of the 4 on my car were fairly new, so I only did the one which was leaking.

Hello all. I have a reassembly problem. Agree the pinch bolts were a sod to get out but on the passenger side my problem is I can't get the top pinch bolt holes to line up. See the photo. Have been out there cursing and swearing all morning. Tried a Gclamp to pull the strut and hub together to no avail. It is almost like the drive shaft has slipped out, although it still seems attached to gearbox . It seems on the inner side behind the flange with the 6 allen bolts there is a circlip and dry flange, could the circlip slipping reduce the horizontal movement? Any ideas as to a solution?
