Technical Front Hub Carrier

Can anyone tell me what other car models and years the front hub carrier of the Punto Mk2b 2004 5 door is common to?
Fiat wants £600 each for them and that is not with a hub fitted as a complete unit just the carrier.

And I was thinking if I get a used one it will be better to get one from a younger car that has the same part No,

The front hub carrier is so thick it must be easily possible to get an 'unrusted' one from a scrapyard.
