I have just discovered that the lens on the Front Fog Light O/S has been broken. No damage to the bodywork, so it looks as if it must have been a stone. Can the lens be replaced or is it a complete new unit? Also where to get a replacement (other than Fiat Spares)?

What kind of car is it? There's a few places online you can get such parts, eBay's my default but club forums and the like are another good source. There's also some parts places like Shop4parts that can be marginally cheaper than a main dealer.
I think it depends on the kind of light involved. Many headlights I've seen are complete units with bonded plastic lens' on them. Foglights can be different, with lens covers being perhaps screwed on. If that's the case, you may be able to just get the lens.
