Recently changed the cylinder head on my seicento to a skimmed punto head and when it reaches 80mph the engine management light flashes, does anyone know why this happens?

Also a quick look brought up trying a phonic wheel learn which can be achieved by red lining the car 3 times and also it can be problems with emmisions on the lambda but that was just a quick scan haha

Done the wheel learn the other night and it flashes at 90 now

I’m now back to 80, going to code read it at work and see what the problem could be
This is so odd possibly a proxy alignment would work but not sure if older fiats had that capability

It’s multiple cylinder misfires, cleared it and runs better but going to check again tomorrow
Ok when was the last time you changed the spark plugs leads or coil pack as any of these can cause a misfire

Put super 4’s in when changed the head and got a new coil just waiting on leads coming
Is that the Bosch 4 spark plugs if so they made my Grande drive funky dunno if same issue but it didn't like them at all put the normal Bosch top end plugs in and ran perfect has it being doing it since you put those in or before for the price of plugs it may be worth swapping them out?

It had super 4’s in when I got the car and I wouldn’t recommend anybody putting the punto head on a seicento cause mine boiled up yesterday morning and still doesn’t run right
Oh that's not good faulty water pump or thermostat?

Thermostat jammed shut for a few seconds and released it self when it cooled down
**** that's annoying you got a new one sorted last I looked for one euro had them at a reasonable price and then wait till the weekend and use a discount code
