Engine Fault

My 2005 Panda 1242 petrol just had 180,000 km cam belt change and engine wash. 5 kms down the road a misfire started, it got worse, 2 cylinders then stopped. Garage has done all electrical checks, no faults found, fuel pressure normal. If fuel is poured into the inlet manifold the engine will run. Both mechanic and auto electrician have given up....
