Front Door's Rattle

I've recently bought a T-reg HLX Bravo and am planning to replace the front door speakers very soon. The problem is that when i turn the volume up on the head unit the front door's start rattling. I still have the factory fitted speakers in the door's and the bass level is only on level 4/5. Is this related to the standard fit speaker's or the something behind the door panels themselves. I am planning on fitting some Alpine SPR-135A 13cm Componants shortly. Will this resolve the problem? Thanks

Plastic cover

I don't think that just replacing the speaker will solve the rattling sound. In my Bravo it's the plastic cover behind the door panel that's making the noise.
