Technical Front and rear spring rates

Has anybody any idea of the front and rear spring rates on the various models of 500?

They're definitely not in the manual

If you don't know, but fancy leaving a sarcastic/abusive/prejudicial comment of some sort, please don't bother and just move on...

no, but i do know they are incorrect for UK roads

i have some standard 1.4 suspension off the car if you want to get it measured

yea they supplied and fitted them, have no details and they are not included in the kit on sale

To sort it fully you really need springs and damper replaced as the car is woefully under damped.

yes am very happy with my Spax VSX kit, they tried 3 different rear springs until they found the right one
edit @ Mark - my dampers are adjustable

Could I ask where you bought these? I've looked on various sites - including Spax's own - but can't locate any suppliers. Or were they specially commissioned?
