slapper said:Did you read the note on the europerformance website that a coilover in some applications is not possible. well I think you may find that it is not possible with the uno without some modification, and do you realy need it in the rear. I have had custom Bilstein coilover shocks made for my race uno, and the conclusion with the rear is that along as you can make an adjustable spring platform ( which we have ), then you do not need a strut back there, so you can save weight and money and just get a replacement for the standard shock. I highly recomend it. I will try and post some pictures to show you soon.

Im just thinking, if i was to have a rear beam made up in a simlier fashion (Still non-independant so its still "original" to Fiats original layout which is good for me)....................i know the strut towers arent exactly what you'd call strong............im thinking when i get my welded in cage done........could i talk to the cage company about incorparting the cage on to the strut towers, like verticly in corparate it?
Too add extra strengh to the towers when the suspension absorbs the bumps... :chin:
Im pretty sure that would work and my UT will be stiffer than Duncs...............as it works in all aspects of life! lol
