i would say yes, but the drive to get them would be more expensive than buying new!

TBH,
when we used to cross France in our JTD, we were always amazed at how cheap the "mont-blanc" etc roof bar kits were in the Hypermarche's,
I've still got the THULE set for my cars, can't knock the quality,
