Jackie is fine thanks ;) We're expecting our baby in 3 weeks, although it's breach so she might have a Cesearian in a week or so. Scan on Thursday will give us a better idea, but both mother and baby are fine.

Don't be afraid to post up here mate ;) What happened in the past is past. We have moderators now and a set of guidelines, and for the best part, everyone follows these and has a great time.

What are you driving now ? Can't remember what you had last time we spoke.

Anyway, I'm off to watch Kill Bill Vol.1 again before I go to the cinema later in the week for Vol. 2 ;)

All the best,

Rob

Fraud!

Good post,

I've got a motorbike for sale on various websites and have recieved around 3 foreign emails regarding sending abroad.

I'm asking for around £950 for the bike however they're offering me £2000 plus shipping costs. As you can imagine, this sounded extremely dodgy.

Oh, the bike's a Suzuki RGV250. 1989 'F' Reg, Blue, Red & White. Jap import so has the 2 point power valve system on it. Quick as ****! Real beauty for an '89er.

Just thought i'd get that in for a bit of extra advertisement. Any questions please give me a call. 07956205054

Re: Fraud!

When I sold my Bravo last year I actually had a "foreign" gentleman ring me up and offer to do the same. After telling him to Forget Useless Crime Kapers Or Face Fines (or F.U.C.K. O.F.F for short) I never thought much off it until this surfaced on the news a couple of months ago. Just shows that some people will continue trying the same scams over and over again.

I still get emails asking for help some guy deposit money out of Nigeria!!

Re: Fraud!

thats where the fraud originaes from
its called the nigerian 421 scam or something similar

all they want u to do is wire the fraudalent money abroad thru moneygram or western union and wen the banks find out its dodgy money which they will! bang ur f'ed. in my case the cheque i received was stolen and didnt even clear but they still wanted me to wire 6500 pounds abroad :S dodgy as neting

jut b on the look out and remeber if it sounds too good to be true, its dodgy!

Re: Fraud!

oooh and RGV250, I just love 2 strokes, it's the smell of the oil they burn, very nice.
I already have one bike so I know my missus won't let me have another. Good luck in selling it.
